Refund Policy

Eligible only if requested within 30 days of purchase and only if the course has not been accessed or utilized in any manner. No refunds will be granted once any content is accessed, downloaded, or course progress is recorded.

Refunds are not applicable for discounted offers, bundled courses, or enterprise/institutional purchases, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to payment provider timelines.

Courses are provided under a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension and legal action under applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

IKS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue courses or services and may offer replacements, credits, or refunds at its discretion.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. IKS’s total liability is limited to the amount paid, and it is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, with exclusive jurisdiction in courts at Chennai, India.

Terms may be updated at any time and will be effective upon publication on the platform.
